Exploring Effective Healthcare Methods

It doesn’t have to be much, but do something every day. Write down a list of things you need to do. This way you will not forget that you need to go to the Hospital after school to volunteer.

  • Pulses, including beans, peas and lentils, are naturally very low in fat and high in fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals.
  • Aim to eat at least 2 portions of fish a week, including 1 portion of oily fish.
  • Eggs and fish are also good sources of protein, and contain many vitamins and minerals.
  • Oily fish is particularly rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

The definition of habit is something that you do regularly, or an addiction. Why do so many people want to be something they are not? What would it take to be happy with who you are, and celebrate your gifts and talents? Look in the mirror and see who you are–and build on that foundation. Step out of your comfort zone and remember that many of the greatest pleasures in life include some degree of risk.

Do your best to have proper time management. Don’t come back from school and accidentally watch a whole season of Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix, saving homework for 12 at night. Loads of studying and homework every day, including when we sit at our desks at school, can add up to multiple hours of sitting. Keep the blood flowing by doing a little bit of exercise every day so you are not sluggish and can accomplish more. I recommend at least 10 minutes of any kind of cardio.

Meditation can increase happiness, blood pressure meaning in life, social support and attention span while reducing anger, anxiety, depression and fatigue.
